Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the Camigo iOS app, tap Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirmation requires typing “DELETE.” Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, chat messages, photos, and trip participation.
I’m a pilgrim and I can’t see my trip.
Your tour operator must add you to the trip before it appears in the app. If you have an invite code, tap Join a trip on the home screen and enter it. If you don’t have a code, contact your operator directly.
I’m an operator and want to use Camigo.
Visit For Operators to learn more and request a demo. Setup usually takes 1–2 days.
Push notifications aren’t arriving.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Camigo in iOS Settings → Notifications → Camigo. If they were initially declined, you can re-enable them there. Open the app once after enabling so we can re-register your device.
Something is wrong with a charge.
Trip payments are handled by your tour operator through Stripe. For refund and rescheduling questions, contact the operator directly. If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, email [email protected] and we will help connect you with the operator.
