Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Camigo iOS app, the Camigo Android app, the Camigo web portal, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Fuzati LLC(“Camigo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Pilgrims aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian’s permission and may only join trips organized by an adult tour operator. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Roles

  • Pilgrims use the Service to participate in a trip organized by a tour operator.
  • Leaders are pilgrims with additional moderation and group-leading permissions granted by the operator.
  • Operators are organizations that run pilgrimage trips. Operators have a separate written agreement with Fuzati LLC governing their use of the Service to manage pilgrims, accept payments, and curate content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
  • Post unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Upload or share content you do not own or have permission to share.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or any non-public area of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam, run automated scrapers, or impersonate another person.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report objectionable content from inside the app (long-press a message or open the photo overflow menu) or by emailing [email protected].

5. Content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content (chat messages, photos, captions, profile information) you grant Fuzati LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service and deliver it to other members of your trip group.

We may take down content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or a valid copyright notice (DMCA notices: [email protected]).

6. Payments and refunds

Trip payments are made directly to the tour operator through Stripe Checkout on the Camigo web portal. The contractual relationship for the trip itself, including refund and cancellation terms, is between you and the operator. The operator’s cancellation policy is shown during checkout and on your trip detail page.

Fuzati LLC is not a tour operator and is not responsible for the conduct, services, or itinerary of any operator. We are not a party to the booking contract.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzati LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzati LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Fuzati LLC in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fuzati LLC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from inside the Camigo iOS app: Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
